2016 en énergie positive !

Bonne année 2017 !

Notre résolution 2016 a été tenue. Après 5 années réussies en passif, notre maison est devenue à énergie positive en 2016 (en bilan annuel) avec une production photovoltaïque excédentaire de 30% par rapport à notre consommation électrique annuelle.

En revanche la part d'autoconsommation n'est que de 20%. Nous allons donc étudier ces prochaines années la possibilité de mettre en place une batterie afin d'augmenter la part d'autoconsommation à 90 voire 95% d'ici 2020.



 

Résumé de nos consommations moyennes sur 5 ans en énergie primaire (facteur 2,58 pour passer de l'énergie finale électrique à l'énergie primaire) :
Chauffage = 12,8 kWhEP/m2/a
Chauffage + ECS = 19,8 kWhEP/m2/a
Tout usage = 62,0 kWhEP/m2/a

 

Consommation électrique finale totale tout usage en 2016 : 4914 kWh
Production photovoltaïque en 2016 : 6472 kWh dont 5121 kWh injectés sur le réseau soit 700 EUR de revenus
Consommation électrique du réseau : 3563 kWh (autoconsommation photovoltaïque déduite) soit 626 EUR TTC
La consommation électrique du chauffage représente 193 EUR TTC sur 2016.
